Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student possesses the knowledge and ability to understand the main theories of learning and communication processes.
Course contents
The course aims to draw the student's attention to focus on the elements of complexity of education and care relationships and the correspondent training model, through the analysis of the transference that occurs within them and the possible counter -transference and communication. It is expected the alternation between moments of theoretical training and re-elaboration of knowledge in activity of workshop.

Assessment methods
The exam consists of a 30-minute written test. The test will consist of 31 multiple choice questions: each correct answer will be given 1 point, each wrong answer or missing 0 points.
