Learning outcomes

Knowledge and understanding of the problems of the patient with Chronic Renal Insufficiency and of the possibilities of replacing the renal function (artificial or natural); long-term follow-up and management of comorbidities

Course contents

the module is dedicated to addressing the specific problems of the patient with a kidney transplant in terms of access to transplant replacement therapy, implementation of the kidney transplant program, aspects of perioperative management and long-term follow-up.

The final exam aims to assess the achievement of the following educational objectives: knowledge of the clinical problems of management of the patient with a kidney transplant The exam is carried out in oral form with questions that focus on the educational objectives listed above.
