Learning outcomes

The student should know the different organizational models, the way to organize them and the role of the IT. The student should even know how to diagnostic and find positive solutions in cases of failure of the organizational systems. The student should even know the main elements of the retribution and of work contracts.

Teaching methods

- Lectures and team works.

Assessment methods

Attending students can take advantage of a test weighing 50% on the final evaluation. The test will consist of: 1/32open short questions; 1/2 open extended questions. The overall evaluation will take into consideration the team work. In particular, the evaluation of the same will follow the following weights: 20% participation and collaboration in the classroom; 30% presentation, research, quality of work.

For non-attending students the test follows the same proportion obut will focus on the whole Buonocore-Mantovani contents.

ssessment Criterion:

18-23: sufficient preparation and ability to analyse but relating to a limited number of topics covered in the course, use of generally correct language;

24-27: technically adequate preparation but with some limitations in relation to the topics covered, good analytical skills, although not particularly articulate, expressed in correct language;

28-30: excellent knowledge of a large number of topics covered in the course, good analytical and critical skills, mastery of specific terminology;

30L: excellent and very thorough knowledge of a large number of the topics addressed in the course, ability to analyse critically and make connections, mastery of specific terminology.
