Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, the student knows the research methodology and is able to identify specific areas of intervention.

Course contents

OBJECTIVES and CONTENTS:

1 Understand the conceptual and syntactic structure of nursing research (qualitative and quantitative) in its paradigmatic and methodological dimensions, in order to identify the possible connections between theory-practice-research.

Contents: Aims, fields of application and methods of nursing research. The research process. The quantitative and qualitative approach and the related research designs. The formulation of questions and the search for evidence of efficacy in the literature.

2 Critically evaluate evidence of nursing interest in the scientific literature.

3 Know the correlations between the thesis and the research process.

 

Teaching participates in the University's educational innovation project.
