Learning outcomes
At the end of the training activity, the student:
- Is able to use the tools and techniques specific to the professional educator, with particular attention to interpersonal and group relationships.
- Can develop an individual and/or group educational project that includes all phases of planning.
- Is capable of reconstructing and elaborating on the experience undertaken, identifying any problematic issues, collecting missing information, and seeking the meaning of the actions taken.
- Can proceed with a self-evaluation of their own learning in relation to knowledge and skills.
Course contents
Use of tools and techniques specific to the professional educator with particular attention to interpersonal and group relationships.
Development of an individual or group educational project, complete in all its parts.
Analysis of the experience undertaken, identifying any problematic issues, taking steps to recover missing information, and precisely defining the meaning of the actions taken.
Self-assessment of knowledge and skills, aiming to measure one's own learning.
