Course contents

The course intends to provide the student with a general, organic and reasoned picture of the subject matter of the specific Teaching.

In particular, during lessons, the most significant aspects of the right to health and the National Health Service will be analyzed and thoroughly investigated, with particular regard to organizational profiles, planning and management of public health.

This, with the dual aim of making the student acquire a solid legal awareness of the constitutional dimension of the right to health, together with a basic preparation on legislation governing health services.

Finally, an open discussion will be reserved for the heterogeneity of professions involved in health and, in particular, nursing, as well as on issues related to training, skills and professional responsibility.
