Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student has knowledge of the primary and secondary regulations of the banking market both at the EU level and at national level, with particular attention to market and intermediary transparency rules, and to the protection of investor.

Italian Law: constitutional principles; the credit authorities: Italian central bank, CICR, the Ministry of Economy and Finance; Banks and EU law; Authorization procedure; Banking supervision;European Banking Union
