Learning outcomes

The student should know the different organizational models, the way to organize them and the role of the IT. The student should even know how to diagnostic and find positive solutions in cases of failure of the organizational systems. The student should even know the main elements of the retribution and of work contracts.

Assessment methods

Attending students can take advantage of an intermediate test weighing 50% on the final evaluation. The test will consist of: 1/3 closed questions; 1/3 open short questions; 1/3 open questions. the overall evaluation will take into consideration the team work. In particular, the evaluation of the same will follow the following weights: 10% participation and collaboration in the classroom 30% presentation, research, quality of work 10% peer valuation.

For non-attending students the test follows the proportion of the partial but will focus on the whole program.
