Learning outcomes

At the end of the course students will know the main theoretical models and the main techniques of good communication in interpersonal relations, i.e. self and other's awareness, assertive communication, emotional focusing 

Course contents

The course will be focused on relationship and emotion in interaction. The following topics will be specifically addressed:

- motivations and functions of relations

- Transactional Analysis

- listening, empathy and awareness 

- assertivity and emotions

ONLINE lessons, sharing of self perception and self evaluation tests, simulation exercises 

Assessment methods

The assessment will be held by an ONLINE  multiple choice test 

Erasmus students and students of other exchange programs are kindly invited to contact the teachers (Proff. Galatolo and Lorenzetti) to fix an appointment for oral examination
