By the end of the course, students will be able to develop interventions in work psychology and evaluate the process and the outcomes.

Scientific articles on specific issues will be available during the course

Teaching methods

For each topic covered in the course, the theoretical part and a case will be presented. Students will then have to apply the knowledge acquired to the design and evaluation of interventions aimed at improving working well-being in a specific organizational context

Assessment methods

- Weekly: Application of the knowledge aquired to a specific organizational context (in small group, classroom presentation)

- At the end of the course. Small groups have to deliver a paper describing an intervention in a specific organizational context, and to present, during the last meeting, the work done.

- At the end of the course: students have to deliver a reflection paper.
