Learning outcomes
At the end of the Laboratory 1 module the student has the competence to carry out exercises in a protected environment with traditional radiology equipment and simulations on an anthropomorphic dummy.
Course contents
II° SEMESTER (from 09 rd March 2020 to 10 th April 2020).
Patient movement, hospital infections and hands washing.
The AUSL of Romagna.
Structure of a radiology: controlled areas and supervised areas.
Traditional radiological study of the shoulder and pelvis.
Practice on a dummy in direct digital diagnostics.
Radiographic film: structure, latent image, real image and detection process.
Anti-diffusion grids, compensating filters, collimators and diaphragms.
Teaching methods
Practical exercises in the classroom and in the hospital after interactive frontal lessons. Seminars with professionals and experts.
