Learning outcomes

The training goal is to provide interpretative and analysis tools to understand the differences between Cosa nostra, ‘Ndrangheta, and Camorra.

Course contents

The study program is divided into 4 sections:

1. interaction between the criminal and his victim, victimology;

2. organized crime in Italy:  Cosa Nostra, 'Ndrangheta, Camorra, Sacra Corona Unita;

3. italian legislation: 416bis of penal code, anti-mafia law, the protection of witnesses and collaborators with justice

4. victim of organized crime
