Learning outcomes

This course focuses on innovation strategies and issues related to technology management in service businesses. The course will also highlight business strategies and architectures to capture the opportunities offered by the digital marketplace and the different applications of technology to support business choices.

Teaching methods

Acquisition of key concepts and training with analytical tools will take place through lectures, group discussion, case studies, and readings. Teamwork will help students experiment with strategic problem solving and decision making in real business cases.

Assessment methods

 

 

 

Class participation and case submission: 40% of final grade

Final written exam:  60% of final grade
