Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student: - knows in detail the organizational and functional state and the administrative apparatus, as well as the organs that compose it - is able to set themselves properly search using the sources of law national and community - knows the complex mechanism of sport, in its dealings with the government, even as regards the management of sports facilities and athletes' health. - Also acquire the basics in terms of subjects of sport, sport employment contract, contract of sports sponsorship, sport illegal.
Course contents
general Part
Principles and fundamental characteristics of the national legal.
The sources of law. The organization of the state. The
decentralization. The right to collective and individual
health.
special Section
The legal system of the sport and national and domestic sources.
The institutional bodies of sport and sports law. The protection of
health and sports doping.
Assessment methods
The examination, in oral form, is the discussion of issues related to the topics discussed during the lectures.
