Learning outcomes
The course aims at providing the students with the basics of techical drawing, material science, mechanical technology. Students will also know some of the most important mechanical devices, such as couplings, brakes and cams. Finally, elements of fluid power will be given.

1) Technical drawings. 2) Materials in mechanical engineering. 3) Elements of mechanical technology. 4) Mechanical devices. 5) Elements of fluid power.

Teaching methods
The course is based on both academica and practical lessons. Some homework will be assigned.
