Learning outcomes
Develops legal skills on comparative law and follow-up on contemporary issues about labour and company law, analysed by italian and german perspective.
Course contents
The workshop will be held in collaboration with German Professores of SRH University Heidelberg (https://www.hochschule-heidelberg.de/en/homepage/) on topical issues related to Social, Labour, Business and Company Law.
Considerig that this workshop is very particular and German Students will attend it too, some lectures will be dedicated
- firstly: to basic concepts of Italian and German Legal System,focusing on civil, labour and commercial law.
- furthermore: analyse and discussion on some contemporary topics related to labour and company/business law
Attendance is compulsory.

Assessment methods
Attendance is compulsory.
To get the credits, the students will be involved in discussion and solution of legal cases, during the lectures.
