Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student knows the methods for the valuation of rural assets and environmental goods, being aware of the complex economic relationships behind market functioning. He/she is able to carry out professional activities applying the more advanced valuation techniques both for privat transactions and for legal procedures.

Each theme will be taught using 50% time in lectures and the same in practical activities aimed at producing an individual valuation report on a selected issue.

Being the first year of the course, the program will be reivised based on the class composition, to meet the needs of the students

Teaching methods

Half of the course will be carried out through lectures, while the remaining part will be composed by seminars from professionals in the field and case studies to be realised with students

Assessment methods

Ora examination based on the discusison of a case study developed during the course.

Assessmnet in English is possible upon request of the student.
