Learning outcomes
Philosophy of law from a normative point of view. The concept of law, human rights, democracy are keywords of the course.
Course contents
The second part of the course focuses on degenerations, misunderstandings, contradictions involving the principle of human dignity. In particular genocide, torture and violence against children are central questions of lectures and discussion.
