Learning outcomes
These seminars are intended to address specific criminological issues thanks to external experts and professionals. Particular attention will be paid to the relationship between crime and security of the web society. By the end of the course students will be able to apply those constructs to different problems related to security and social control.
Course contents
1) organized crime and some case studies, white-collar crimes.
2) racket and usury;
3) penitentiary treatment and resocialisation programs;
4) victims of family abuse and labour exploitation.

Bibliography will be provided by teachers during lessons.

Lessons and class discussions.
Assessment methods
Students have to write a report (max 2500 words, bibliography included) on one of the topics studied during lessons.
