Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student: - has the fundamental concepts of classification of the discipline of public services, with particular reference to the personal services and those related to sport and leisure - has the fundamental concepts of the discipline on the management of these services both internally and through outsourcing (through contracts, concessions and "convenzioni") to the industry - has knowledge of the forms finalized outsourcing of those services - is able to analyze the main clauses of the service contracts of the addressed areas .

- The evolution of the national Public Service

- Public services related to sports and leisure between the notion of public service of economic and public service devoid of economic significance

- Contracts, concessions and convenzioni (private-public partnership contracts)

- The contractual partners of the Administration:
