Learning outcomes

The student learns the main legal issues about territorial and environmental management and the legal framework concerning the localization and management of plants and production activities, with particular reference to pollution and urban issues.

For the students of the laurea GIPA (three-year course)

Teaching methods

The lessons are going to be organized by a frontal approach with students. In particular, the program will be focused on a confrontational dialogue with the student. Thus, the latter will be able to suggest subjects to study and discuss. Within the course of teaching of ownership prof. Massimo Calcagnile, a teaching module will be taught by prof. Nicola Aicardi about the discipline of landscape

Assessment methods

The final exam will be oral. The final examination will be structured as follows:

three different questions about the program in order to verify the students' level of knowledge on the subject.
