- Corso: Second cycle degree programme (LM) in Molecular and industrial biotechnology (cod. 8022)
Learning outcomes
The course introduces to students to all techniques and
methodologies of combinatorial chemistry. If foreign students will
attend the course, the course will be tought in English. Through
basic definitions (libraries, diversity) the course will present
all the methodologies related to combinatorial chemistry. In
particular, screening methods and solid phase synthesis will be
introduced to the students. Multicomponent reactions
(Passerini, Biginelli Ugi) and the use of supported reagents and
methods will be also discussed. In addition, modern synthetic
methods will be presented and discussed during teh course.
