Learning outcomes
Abstract
At finish of the course student know the rules of patrimonial
private law.
In detail: persons law, goods and property law, contract and
enterprise law, warrants and liabilty law, and also will to
understand not complicate juristic texts related to course
contents and to law in action.
Course contents
Abstract of contents
The sources of private law.
Law of persons: natural and juristic persons, corporated and
unencorporated associations,charitable institutions.
The law of property: real and personal property, goods, possession,
actions.
The obligation:sources, kinds and discipline; liability for
breach;warranty of credit.
The law of contract: formation, requirement, effects, the illegal
contract ( void, voidable or unenforceable contract), breach
of contract, discharge of contract and judicial remedies,
promises, negotiable instruments(rules).
Special contracts (rules).
The consumer law (rules)
Entreprise and company law (rules)
The law of torts. action in tort and action in contract; kinds of
tortious liability, damages.
