Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student will be able to understand
tourism and its relationship with knowledge and Heritage.
In particular the student will be able to apply innovative skills
for sustainability and for the optimization of economic, social and
cultural impacts of tourism development in the field of
conservation and management of cultural heritage and for cultural
diversity (governance processes, sustainability tools for cultural
projects in tourism destinations, international policies for
cultural heritage management and conservation).

Tourism and Geography (Economic and Political Geography, Human Geography, Cultural Geography)
Tourism and Image
Tourism and Space: model and interpretation tools of the tourism phenomenon
Tourism and Spiritual Experiences
Culture, tourism and development: international agreements and policies in the cultural tourism field (UNESCO, ICCROM, ICOMOS, UNWTO, IEIC)
