Course contents

JUDO

Theory

Introduction. Definition and description of the Judo. Brief historical summary. Organization of the Judo in Italy and in the World. Competition rules. The "bow " (rei) in the Judo. Technical classification. Brief summary of the theoretical and practical fundamental principles.    

Practice

Technique and Didactic:

- positions (shisei), falling techniques (ukemi), grips (kumi kata), mooving (shintai), breaking balance (kuzushi) static and dynamic;

- standing fight techniques: throwing techniques: 1) o soto gari-large outer reap, 2) tai otoshi-body drop, 3) o goshi- large hip; defence principles , combination principles, counterattack principles;

- ground fight techniques: the grapling: 1)  kesa gatame-grapling on three supports, 2) shio gatame-grapling on four supports; escape principles, reverses;

- adapted fight

-   judo specific training methodology: repeated attacks (uchikomi), throwing thecniques (nage komi), sparring practice (randori), competition fight (shiai)
