Course contents
The course entitled "The Aesthetics of Modernism" will include the reading and discussion of texts such as Virginia Woolf 's To the Lighthouse and Mrs Dalloway, James Joyce's The Dubliners (Eveline and The Dead) and Ulysses ( Molly Bloom's final monologue'), T.S. Eliot's The Waste Land, Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot.

Classes will be in English. Each author will be critically
introduced and contextualized and each text read and discussed also
using powerpoint presentations.
