The course aims at training  professionally future mathematics Secondary School teachers.

The main elements of Mthematics Education according to the vision of the so called "French School", critically revised also thanks to the studies of  various contemporary researches: Didactic Contract; Cognitive Conflicts; Misconceptions; Intuitive Models; Parasitical Models; Images, Schemata, and Models; Noetics and Semiotics; Obstacles; Situation Theory; Didactic Transposition; Natural Language/Language of Mathematics; Exercises/Problems; Argumentation/Demonstration; Intuition.
