Dental care

For dental care, the National Health Service (SSN) provides only diagnostic and urgent treatment.

For routine work you must contact a private dentist, or you may also use the dental care service available at the Department of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences (DiBiNeM). The first appointment with the service is free of charge, and a 30% discount is offered on all services with the exception of dental prostheses, orthodontics, maxillofacial prostheses, for which a 10% discount is offered. No discount is available for dental implants.
The department is open for first appointments from Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 12.30 pm.
