Traditional methods used to disperse nanoparticles (mechanical / ultrasonic) in polymeric solutions are not always effective to prevent aggregation, particularly, of nanoparticles having high surface energy.

The innovative technique described a method to obtain a polymeric solutions with an optimized nanoparticle dispersion.

The main advantage lies in obtaining nanocomposites without macroaggregates and ultrafine dispersion of the inorganic phase.
