Learning outcomes

The main purpose of the course is to create a practical approach to entrepreneurship in the participants, developing their personal skills and providing them with the conceptual and operational elements necessary to launch a business activity.

Course contents

The main purpose of the course is to provide participants with the conceptual and operational elements necessary to launch a business activity:

- the business idea

- market analysis

- the business model and the business plan

- the financing of a start-up

- the team

The exercises are an integral part of the educational program aimed at investigating the main operational aspects related to the creation of a new company.
Students will also be asked to design and develop entrepreneurial projects, aimed at creating business plans, in groups of up to 4-5 people, and presented at the end of the course.

The course includes the use of interactive teaching methods. Case studies, videos, lectures, group exercises, testimonies from field experts will be used.
The course favors the discussion and an active participation of the students in the classroom.
It is advisable to read in advance the contents of the lesson in order to facilitate the understanding of the main topics and their discussion in the classroom.

Assessment methods

Students must perform a written exam consisting of open and / or multiple choice questions.
