The thesis are in the field of the chemistry of antioxidants and of the peroxidation of oils. The topics are important for applications in the pharmaceutical, cometic and food industry. The main topic is Organic chemistry.

1) Study of the antioxidant activity of natural or synthetic molecules.
2) Nanoantioxidants: synthesis and analysis of nanoaprticles having antioxidant activity.
3) Development of new methods to measure antioxidant activity in biomimetic systems.
4) Oxidation of oils at high temperature.
