Riccardo Amorati

Associate Professor at the University of Bologna since 2019, his research interests are in the field of organic and physical chemistry of free radicals and antioxidants. In particular, he deals with the study of the efficacy of natural and synthetic molecules as oxidation inhibitors of organic materials of biological and industrial importance. He is also involved in the development of nanomaterials with antioxidant activity (nanoantioxidants). He collaborates with various Italian and foreign research institutes, and is the author of numerous articles in international journals. Go to the Curriculum vitae
