·        Research interests

Member of the research group “Professionalism and care in childcare settings: perspectives on educators in-service training ”. The theme is related to childcare practitioners professional identity and to their initial/in-service training. The study is carried  out using a mixed-method approach. (2008)

 

Member of the research group on the educational museum. The educational museum is a contest of shared knowledge for learning and reflecting upon education: researching models for project implementation.

Research key aims: 1-To identify several models for the implementation of an educational museum and to assess the project feasibility, 2-to collect a range of historical materials and didactic documents related to childhood, 3- to develop a model for the fruition of the museum on the net. (2008)

 

Co-ordinator of the research group “The role of children and parents centres in parenting education ”. The aim of the study was to investigate and to understand the day-to-day experience of the families attending the centres for enhancing parents skills and  to promoting good parenting practices (2006-2008).
