PRODUCTION OF TRADITIONAL NOCINO WITH WALNUTS HARVESTED AT AGROFORESTA MATER
On Wednesday, June 17, students from the Food Science Campus began producing traditional nocino with walnuts harvested at AgroForesta Mater. The walnut composition and processing process were investigated using non-destructive methods. At the end of July 2026, the first nocino from AgroForesta Mater was separated from the husks.
