Learning outcomes
The course aims at allowing students to gain a thorough knowledge about rules and regulations related to both the delivery of financial services and the way securities markets function. The course will be also focused on regulations related to publicly listed companies.
The exam may be taken only after having passed the Commercial Law exams.

Teaching methods
This is a one-semester course. It will be held in the first semester of the academic year. Classes will be a mix of theory and practical/real-life examples to make it easier for the students to fully understand the subject matter.
Assessment methods
Oral examination at the end of the course.
For students who attend the course it is possible to have a different program
