Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to understand the state of crisis of businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as the legal remedies offered by the legislator for debt restructuring; as well as knowledge of competition procedures and their application.


Course contents

Bankruptcy, bankruptcy assumptions, statement; the bodies of bankruptcy; the effects of bankruptcy on the bank and creditors; the effects of bankruptcy on pre-existing legal relationships; the ordinary and bankruptcy revocation; the administration and custody of the assets of the failed; the lease of company and the provisional exercise; the determination of the liability and the liquidation of the assets; the breakdown of assets; the closure of bankruptcy; the bankruptcy of the companies. The Bankruptcy Concordat; the Esdebitazione; the prior agreement; the agreement in white and with business continuity; debt restructuring agreements; the administrative liquidation; the extraordinary administration of big business in crisis.
