Course contents
It begins with the discussion of the general principles of criminal law, with particular attention to constitutional principle of legality; mes rea.Following the analysis of structure of the offence, in its essencial components (actus reus; defences; mens rea), then treat same formes of manifestation of the crime: parties to crime; attempt; circumstances. Same brief remarks will also be dedicated to the system of punishment. Provisions contained in d.lgs. 231/2001 and articles from 314 to 323 of the criminal code

Assessment methods
The exame will be oral, through the analysis of same of the issues
that are part of the program.
In particular, the first question will focus on the general
principles, the second question on one of the topics covered in the
manual of the general part and the third (which can be accessed
only if the first two are given a rating of at least enough) on the
so-called special part (ie Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, or
crimes of the public official against public administration).
