Learning outcomes
After completing this module, the student has the knowledge of Fundamentals of labor law and health legislation with particular regard to the Negotiable and health regulations of the radiographer.
Course contents
The lecture course is divided into the following learning modules:
The First Module: Trade union law
a) Labour and trade union in the Constitution.
The fundamental principles and the mandatory nature of the rules labor legislation.
The sources of labor law and their relationship: EU sources, national legislation, collective agreement.
Freedom of association and collective autonomy.
Content and effectiveness of the collective subjective.
Structure of collective bargaining and the relationship between collective agreements at different levels. The collective conflict (in the private sector and in essential public services).
Union protection and repression of trade union conduct.
Module II: The discipline of the individual employment
Self-employment, subordinate and coordinated.
The administration of the employment relationship and the powers of the employer (Board, regulate, control).
The regulation of individual and collective redundancies and protection of the workplace.
