Learning outcomes
Philosophy of law from a normative point of view. The concept of law, human rights, democracy are keywords of the course.
Course contents
Title: Democracy and tensions
The course deals with the different models of democracy.
It focuses on the concept of law, the moral standards and the
pathologies with which democracy has to confront itself at present
time.
This second part of the course will focus on the contemporary
debate on democracy from a theoretical and political and
sociological point of view.
