Learning outcomes

at the end of the course, students will have the basic knwoledge about the Italian legal system. They will become familiar with legal language and they will be able to appreciate practical application of legal rules with regard to conflict between subsidiaries throught the light of case law. Therefore, at the end of the course students are able to: - analyse case law - back to the abstract rule starting from case law; - identify the most relevant legal features with regard to the contracts in the area of tourism
