Teaching methods

° The course provides surveys and teaching visits in treatment plants and reclamation sites.

° Room lessons are coupled with single assistance in analyzing an existing treatment plant project

° During tha course students prepare a personal paper about a project or a functional study regarding a treatment plant or a natural treatment system.

Assessment methods

Examination is oral.

Teaching tools

Each student receives:

a) slides and projected files used during room lessons
b) a paper about the design of an existing wastewater treatment plant.
c) an harvest of existing technical laws, in Italy, about outfall regulation, treatment and reuse of wastewater
