Learning outcomes
The course studies the structured finance principles and the entire Venture Capital Investment Cycle, from a venture capitalist point of view.
Course contents
The course will emphasize the following topics:
- private equity, venture capital, merchant banking, leveraged buyout,
- venture capital cycle- (fundraising, screening, business plan screening, deal structuring, monitoring and exit).
- project finance
- secutitization
