Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student has the fundamental concepts of the physics and his laws, mostly relating to the study of the human body in mechanic and metabolic terms. The student is able to apply this knowledge to motor, sport and rehabilitation activities.

Phenomena description: the scientific method and physical quantities.

Mathematics review.

Linear and angular kinematics.

Linear and angular dynamics. Newton's laws.

Statics.

Work, power and energy.

Biomechanics application to exercise and sport science.

Fluid mechanics.
