Teaching methods

The course will be based on frontal lessons as well as on the presence of testimonies for specific interesting case histories. Considering that this is a new discipline, the study of case histories and best practices appears as the best approach

Assessment methods

For all the students: a test in written form with  essay questions also referring to case histories, there will be the possibility to undertake an oral exam as well.

Teaching tools

Considering that the case histories and the best practice are available in the web, this will be the main support for the lessons. Audiovisual texts will be showed as well.
