It is this class objective to introduce to the students the
neurophysiology of consciousness. The peculiar methods for
investigating scientifically the theoretical basis of consciousness
and the most suited experimental approach will be addressed.
Students of this class are supposed to become familiar with the
basic neurophysiological mechanisms of consciousness and with the
best experimental methods to investigate the consciousness itself.
This class is required in order to attend Prof. Cirignotta's class
"Pathology of consciouness and vigiliance"
