Academic Year 2009/2010

  • Docente: Silvio Cavalcanti
  • Credits: 2
  • SSD: ING-INF/06
  • Language: Italian
  • Teaching Mode: Traditional lectures
  • Campus: Cesena
  • Corso: Second cycle degree programme (LS) in Biomedical Engineering (cod. 0235)

Learning outcomes

The course prepares the student to develop bioinformatics tools for the analysis of proteins and DNA. Students will learn maths and statistical methods to predict the functional and structural features of DNA/RNA and proteins.  Furthemore they will acquire methods to analyse DNA micro-arrays data oriented to biomedical applications.
