Course contents

The Course is dedicated to the history of Italian and European publishing business. It begins from the changing of the late XVIIIth Century and developed mainly in the second half of the XIXth.

The Course will approach the modification of publisher model starting from an analysis of tipographical work and looking after words at the rising of modern publishing business together with the first European publishing empires.

The history of publishing business will be studied in her different components (scholastics, litterary, essaystical publishing, etc.) connected with the modifications of reders agreement.
