Learning outcomes

The student will improve theoretical tools to develop a critical and responsible position on the bioethical debate. The student will be qualified to analyse the different and relevant positions on the debate.

Course contents

Torture between Democracy and International Law. 

The question of torture will be analized both from an historical and a conceptual/argumentative perspective.
