Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is giving a knowledge on elementary Japanese
together with some notions of japanese linguistics. The student is
asked to master the use of dictionaries, speak japanese at an
elementary level and read some easy written texts. A basic
knowledge of japanese grammar is also required.

Basic grammar (Valerio Luigi Alberizzi); Use of research tools (Native tutor); Introduction to Japanese linguistics (Valerio Luigi Alberizzi); Elementary translation (Valerio Luigi Alberizzi); Textbook based exercises (Kono Shiori [Japanese language 1]); Conversation drills (Kono Shiori [Japanese language 1]); Writing exercitations (Native tutor/Kono Shiori).
