Learning outcomes
By the of the course the student: -is able to develop a receptive knowledge of Spanish language, level B1. In particular, he/she is able to understand written texts in Spanish and to grasp the general meaning regarding psyco-pedagogical issues linked to the world of socio-educational interventions. - is able to understand the mai elements of a clear standard Spanish discourse about family, work, scool, free time, etc. is able to understand written text in eveyday use about daily life or at work as well as the description of events, feelings travelling in an area where the language is spken. -is able to partecipate, without being prepared, in conversatios in language on familiar topics, of personal interest or concerning daily life (e.g. family, hobbies, work, travel and topical facts). is abili to describe in foreign language, by connecting simple expressions, experiences and events, their own desires, hopes and ambitios. Can motivate and briefy explain opinions and plans. He/she is able to tell the plot of a book or film and describe his/her own impressions. Can also write simple texts and consitent about well-known topic of his/her own interest. -is able to learn use a series of words in specialized language fonts, whichmany not be known by those who already studies Spanish in middle or higher school. This specialized language can be very different depending on the particular sector (infant pedagogy, sociology, teenage education, psycology, handicap, interculturality, alternative therapies, discomfort, drug addiction, etc).
Course contents
The course aims to provide a basic knowledge of Spanish language concerning the phonological, grammatical, lexical, pragmatic and socio-cultural level in accordance with the directives of the Common European Framework of Reference.

Teaching methods
The course follows the audio.oral methodology, combined with classroom lessons, oral and written exercises.
Assessment methods
The examination will take place in written form, with a 2 hours test consisting of 20 sentences to be completed and a dialogue of 10 rows to be translated fron Italian into Spanish.
